Hiking

Through Ystad, section 4 of the Skåneleden, the so-called Österlenleden, runs.

You can choose to walk the Skåneleden east from Ystad towards Kåseberga, Sandhammaren and further towards Simrishamn or north with direction towards  lake Krageholmssjön and lake Snogeholmssjön.

you can also hike inside Ystad! Ystad Sculpture Park presents a selection of public art generally available outdoors in Ystad with emphasis on newer works. Via Storytourist, you can step into Wallander's world and solve a murder mystery.
